MRED member Brokers and Agents can display other brokerages lisitng data on their websites via the following methods:
Broker Reciprocity (IDX) is a means by which each Participant subscribing to the program permits the display of their active, pending and sold (closed) listings appearing in connectMLS™ on each other's BRP Internet web site.
A Virtual Office Website (VOW) is a Participant's Internet website, through which the Participant is capable of providing real estate brokerage services to consumers with whom the Participant has first established a broker-consumer relationship.
IDX/VOW displays must be in compliance with the current Rules and Regulations (Broker Reciprocity Sections 32-35).
MRED has partnered with iHomefinder to provide IDX, VOW, Website and WordPress solutions solutions for our Brokers and agents. Please visit our iHomefinder product page for information on MRED solutions.
Members and vendors wishing access to data for creating IDX/VOW displays can access data via the MRED RETS server.
MRED requires a license to access the RETS server,
and charges will be incurred for access. Please contact us for information on
RETS server access.
