MRED welcomes you to our RETS information section.
The Real Estate Transaction Standard is a common language spoken by systems that handle real estate information, such as multiple listing services. A common language enables computers like the one on your desk to receive information from many different real estate systems or MLSs without being specially "trained" to understand the information from each.
MRED IS running a RETS 1.7 , 1.5, compliant server, created by Dynaconnections, and is developed under a BSD-style license at the Center for REALTOR(R) Technology.

MRED has partnered with Workforce Resource® on a service called Down Payment Resource (DPR) that helps connect eligible homebuyers and eligible properties with government funded down payment assistance programs. Our brokers and agents are permitted to embed this tool into their IDX and VOW sites.MRED has incorporated the "Down Payment Resource" field in RETS. The System Name "DPR" is a Y/N lookup name that identifies properties that may qualify for some form of down payment assistance.
The set up instructions for the DPR Personal Marketing Tool are in the DPR documents folder titled Down Payment Resource IDX Setup.pdf
