ShowingTime for the MLS equips MRED real estate professionals with showing management tools enabling them to schedule showing appointments, generate showing feedback and create listing activity reports for sellers. ShowingTime for the MLS is fully integrated into connectMLS giving our brokers the ability to schedule and manage appointments within the MLS system.

What's New

JUNE, 2016

ShowingAssist is now ShowingTime for the MLS! ShowingTime has released some awesome new features including:

Enhanced Notifications:

  • 2-Way text-messaging of showing requests
  • Automatic voice-to-text phone notifications of showing requests

Professional Feedback with Seller Listing Activity Reports:

  • Configurable showing feedback includes customizable questions and automatic re-sending for all showing feedback
  • The showing feedback system includes mobile interface so that the showing agent can submit feedback more easily
  • Showing feedback requests include primary MLSlisting photo
  • Seller Listing Activity Report with showings and feedback for the seller with automatic notifications to the seller whenever new feedback is received. Emails include a link for the seller to access their listing website.




AUGUST, 2015

ShowingTime has added new features to ShowingCart including:

  • Ability to add personal notes
  • Ability for showing agents to manually update individual appointment statuses for listings or stops added to their tour that are not managed by ShowingTime



JULY, 2015

ShowingTime recently updated their mobile app. Features include:

  • Ability to view ShowingCart buyer tours
  • Ability to enter or edit showing instructions for each listing



JUNE, 2015

New & Improved Feedback Management Page




ShowingAssist has moved a couple of setting options on the Listing Setup Worksheet




  • Custom buyer tours using ShowingCart
  • New emails
  • "Home" page dashboard
  • "Showings I Have Requested" report will allow showing agents to either reschedule or cancel requests as well as print the showing instructions
  • Co-lister will be added on the Listing Setup tab, providing equal access to shared listings in the ShowingAssist system
  • On the Listing Setup tab the ability to allow or disallow overlapping appointments at the listing level and the options to set both "Required Lead Time" and "Suggested Lead Time"
  • On the Agent Setup tab, agents may upload a photo for displaying on emails and certain reports.
